I ordered lunch for our company from Miel container today. After over an hour the Menulog driver apparently never picked our order up. Menulog refunded our order but I was amazed at what happened next. I received a call from Miel Container and one of the staff delivered the food at no extra cost.
This is going above and beyond. Yes, the food was a little cold but we all greatly appreciated the gesture.
We'll definitely be ordering from here again and possibly an in-person visit!
